We publish our current feedback rating here on a regular basis. Our rating is calculated monthly using feedback received directly from our customers relating to specific transactions.

What happens with the information we collect?
Every month the feedback you provide us with is reviewed at a management meeting. Should you provide negative or neutral feedback you will be contacted by one of our sales team who will discuss and attempt to resolve any issues you have with us.
All customers reporting positive feedback will be placed in the GREEN for GO category, the number of green customers we have and the percentage of the whole they represent will be noted on our customer satisfaction board - displayed in our reception and works areas.
All customers reporting neutral feedback will be placed in the AMBER for CAUTION category. The number of amber customers we have and the percentage of the whole they represent will be noted on our customer satisfaction board. The names of amber customers will also be displayed.
All customers reporting negative feedback will be placed in the RED for DANGER category. The number of red customers we have and the percentage the whole they represent will be noted on our customer satisfaction board. The names of red customers will also be displayed.
It is our intention that all our employees will be aware of the status of individual customers, and that our performance will be highly visible and continually improving. It is our intention to have 100% positive feedback.
Evenort Ltd are aiming for a "Can do, Will do" approach and this information is important to us as a measure of how well we are achieving this.
